Who can purchase wholesale?
We have bulk and wholesale discount options available to everyone. Most of our products have the option to purchase in packs of 10 and 20 at 30-35% off RRP. These packs are ideal for people looking to purchase more than a regular amount for gift hampers, party favours, end of year teacher gifts etc and it gets them a great deal on a bulk amount of product.
If you are looking to purchase higher volumes of products to stock in your place of business, we have wholesale options available for you too. Approved wholesale customers receive 40-50% off all products available for wholesale with a minimum order of $150. We make most wholesale orders to order to provide the freshest quality products for your business. The exception is pre-made cold process soaps purchased in quantities less than 10. If ordered in packs of 10 or 20 they are custom made which takes approx 5 weeks for soaps to be made, set, packaged and sent.

What is your MOQ (minimum order quantity) required to purchase wholesale?
We keep our MOQ low so you can try our products at a largely discounted price without having to buy an immense quantity. Our products are all sold in bulk lots of 10 and 20 of the same product.

What are your wholesale discount rates?
Our wholesale rates are based on 40-50% off our product's retail price with the majority of products offered at 50% off. Once you are an approved wholesale customer and have your account set up, all online wholesale products will show the wholesale price on each listing for you to order as per normal and receive your products at the wholesale price.
PLUS, Allure Natural already keep the costs of our products very low so the estimated retail price of all our products, based on the average RRP of alike items, is much higher than what we charge. Therefore, when you purchase wholesale through Allure Natural, you're not only getting 50% off, you're getting that off an already low-priced item.

Do you need an ABN (Australian Business Number) to purchase wholesale?
At this stage, we do not require you to provide an ABN to purchase bulk packs of 10 or 20 through our website. This is available to anyone and is handy if you are looking for stock for a market stall or for party favours and just need a small bulk amount. We do, however, require wholesale applicants to supply a current ABN for approval for full wholesale discounts and access.

What products are available for wholesale, and what is the most popular?
Most of our products are available for wholesale, excluding pre-arranged gift packs. However, if you like any of our gift packs, you can order the products in them and request a gift pack arrangement option via special request. Contact us, and we can provide a quote for packaging options. Our peppermint foot spa packs and clay mask packs are popular gift pack options,
Our most popular products for wholesale are soaps, bath bombs/shower steamers, bath soaks & salts, lip balms and body butter/creams.

What are your labelling and packaging options?
We have a few different packaging and labelling options. Most products are available white label (unlabelled for your own branding), excluding the following products:
- Calendula & Hemp Seed Butter
-Hemp Seed Oil Salve & Lip Balms
- Green Tea & Citrus Cleanser
~ Headlice-Be-Gone Shampoo Bar & Spray
~ Natural Anti_Odourant Paste
The remaining products are available white label, including but not limited to soaps, bath bombs/shower steamers and regular lip balms (our new hemp seed oil type is not available white label).
Our bath bombs/steamers all come shrink-wrapped and our soaps, when purchased in bulk packs or wholesale, come plastic free and labeled with are card ring labels. They are available unlabeled/shrink-wrapped on request.

What are payment options?
We have PayPal, ZipPay, credit card and bank transfer options on the website.

When should I pay for my order?
Payment is due upon placing an order unless discussed otherwise. All orders are placed on our schedule based on when payment is made, and orders will not be commenced unless at least 50% deposit is made and will not be shipped before completion of payment.

Can I put products on hold?
Wholesale/regular customers, please feel free to reach out if you would like to enquire about us holding items (this normally occurs with clearance stock). We are happy to hold onto something for you for 1-2 days however after 48 hours the products will become available on the website once more.

Can I pay for my order in instalments?
We are happy for you to arrange to pay for larger orders ($200 or more) in two or more instalments and can discuss a payment plan based on your needs. However, a deposit of at least 50% for orders under $200 and 30% for orders above $200, must be made to secure products/place your order on our manufacturing schedule.

How long does an order take to be complete/shipped?
Wait times vary depending on the order. Generally, we ship wholesale orders in a week of payment receipt. Some orders are shipped within 1-3 business days if products are readily available and there are not many orders ahead of yours to be prepared and packed. Otherwise, for wholesale orders, please allow at least one week for your order to be prepared and shipped (especially during busy seasons). Orders with bath bombs/steamers/salts and some other products will take at least one week as they are custom-made products for wholesale. Custom soap orders take approx 5 weeks wait time for soaps to be made, set, packaged and sent. Wait times for large/custom orders may vary depending on current workload scheduled when your order is placed. If you need your items in a hurry or by a certain date please always ensure you contact us before ordering to check that they can and will be posted with enough time for you to receive them by when you need.
We will always endeavour to give you as close as possible estimated wait time when you order and do our best to get products shipped in a reasonable timeframe.
